Now There are Many New Creative Ideas Sprouting up in the Market: Get in on These Innovative Ideas Early!

For the Green-Savvy, it is worth noting some of the many innovative ideas that are sprouting up every day around our planet. Most of these ideas are just making news and if you want to get in on them early, now is the time.

A fantastic and attractive idea to many green city dwellers is the idea of urban bike sharing. Finally, bringing this concept to real life in North America is the high-tech public bike system, Bixi, which was originally developed for Montreal. Even more appealing to interested users, bikes are equipped with RFID tags so they can be tracked for availability online; real-time information is available on the web via solar-powered bike stands. Look for Bixi’s full launch in April 2009

Another fun Green venture is with Green Irene, a New York-based eco-home-educating concierge service, comes into your home to provide a personalized touch to helping consumers reduce their homes’ carbon footprint.

A couple new and aesthetically pleasing green gadgets for the home are the new brand of energy monitors. Although energy monitors have been around for quite some time, they have not appealed to the consumer. Adding a splash of color and style to the energy monitor class, Wattson and The Home Joule promise to make energy monitoring in the home more user-friendly and intuitive for all consumers.

Lastly, a really cool device brought to us by Ambient is their beautiful Energy Orb. The orb emits different colors of light to represent energy cost information. This is a fun and appealing device that plugs directly into your wall outlet.

Energy costs will continue to rise and along with it, the demand for great green gadgets like those above will be along for the ride.
